35 North Provides Design-Build Services for Invitae’s First East Coast Laboratory
We are honored to have been selected as Invitae‘s Design-Builder for their first East Coast laboratory. 35 North is providing end-to-end services including programming, design development, construction management, and commissioning in pursuit of Invitae’s quick-to-market aspirations. Our execution strategy includes all aspects of designing and delivering the laboratory and production facility to our client.
35 North leverages our relationships in the #LifeSciences sector in RTP to select prime design and construction firms, specialty subcontractors, and preferred vendors best suited for the job.
