Moderated by Matthew Goodrich, Longfellow, panelists shared details about the 245k-SF lease at The Stitch, which will soon be Invitae’s first East Coast laboratory.

Since 35 North is the design-builder for the facility, Pablo added a few key points about what it took to transform the building into a high-quality lab space on a quick turnaround. Additionally, attendees heard panelists’ thoughts about the future of the “Airport Blvd corridor” and whether this mall-to-lab transformation will serve as a catalyst for growth in the area as a premier life sciences submarket.
