Congratulations to Ron Deckman, the recipient of our inaugural “Thumbs Up” award. As the chief MEP cost manager for 35 North, Ron seeks continuous improvement, always takes a customer-centric approach, and regularly develops innovative solutions. He is best known for his accuracy in developing statements of probable cost and for ensuring his projects meet strict deadlines and budgets (even if that means long drives for the occasional site visit or pulling all-nighters for tight deadlines).
