It’s official, the last beam on Syngenta’s new headquarters building in Greensboro has been signed and placed atop the structure during a topping out ceremony! This milestone for the 3-story, ~87,000-SF office building was celebrated yesterday as Vern Hawkins, president, Syngenta Crop Protection, and Kent Mitchell, R&D engineering manager, North America, briefly spoke about the progress of the project while team and project members enjoyed refreshments.

35 North is the owner’s representative for Syngenta’s 232,000-SF North American Crop Protection Headquarters project, providing preconstruction and project management services for the heavy renovation, modernization, and consolidation of existing lab spaces, the construction of a lab addition, renovation of a swing space, and their new HQ with offices, a variety of amenities, new parking, landscaping, and other site improvements on their 70-acre campus.
