Ron Deckman, chief MEP cost manager, is celebrating 5 years with 35 North. Ron brings over 30 years of experience in preconstruction services and has provided cost estimating for projects ranging from $25 thousand to $900 million dollars. Thank you, Ron, for your customer-centric approach – our clients (and our team) are lucky to have you!

Our senior project manager, John McCaffrey, is celebrating his second anniversary with 35 North. A results-oriented problem solver, John has over 25 years of construction experience. His strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills ensure his projects are managed efficiently and effectively. We’re so glad he’s a part of our team!

Anthony Courville, commissioning engineer for 35 North, is a highly motivated engineer with experience in maintenance and routine performance monitoring of systems and equipment in regulated facilities. Anthony’s technical expertise allow him to successfully manage and lead projects while focusing on both innovation and safety. Thank you for all you bring to our team, Anthony – congratulations on your 1-year anniversary!

Our business development manager and talent recruiter, Nikki Ricketson, also celebrates her 1-year anniversary this month. Nikki is a dynamic and charismatic leader utilizing her years of A/E/C experience to form meaningful relationships with clients and team members alike. 35 North is fortunate to have her represent our firm in both business and talent endeavors.
