We’re thrilled to welcome Virgil Dodson and Ramila Khadka to 35 North’s expanding commissioning group.

⭐ Hailing from southwest Missouri, Virgil’s impressive background features eight years of service in the Navy’s nuclear power program and over four decades of experience in the life sciences industry. Having held various technical positions within the life sciences field, our clients and team members will benefit immensely from his vast and differentiated expertise from day one.

A proud father of three, grandfather of two, and self-proclaimed adventure junkie, Virgil has visited every state in the lower 48, and finds solace in hitting the open road on his motorcycle, often accompanied by his loyal rat terrier, Rambo!

⭐ Ramila brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, with over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from NC Central University.

When she’s not immersed in commissioning projects, Ramila indulges her passion learning about different cultures and cuisines by cooking and exploring new places.
