Syngenta broke ground on their new North American Crop Protection Headquarters project! The 35 North team is proud to have reached this milestone and was pleased to see guests from Greensboro, Guilford County, the NC Department of Agriculture, and the NC Farm Bureau there to celebrate the event.

This project includes the construction of a 100,000 square-foot office building to connect with its existing laboratory on the 70-acre campus. Plans also include a complete renovation and modernization of all laboratories. The new facility will accommodate new technologies as well as other amenities such as a customer experience center, contemporary conference spaces, and a health and fitness center.
