35 North’s Program Management Advances Durham Tech’s Life Sciences Center
September 2025
Durham Tech has broken ground on the Novo Nordisk Life Sciences Center, an advanced training facility for biotechnology and life sciences careers. As the owner’s representative, 35 North is providing program management services, overseeing consultant and contractor procurement, preconstruction, construction, and occupancy planning.
Our involvement
We have a passion for expertise in our field and staying at the top of our game as a construction management firm. Our team members are actively involved in local organizations across North Carolina, learning about the latest construction technologies and trends in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and agricultural technology (ag tech).
