The 35 North family
At 35 North, we view our employees as our extended family. We understand and value that our employees have roles and responsibilities outside of the office, and we encourage a healthy work life balance. Many of our social events allow for the family and work lives of our employees to intersect, like at Durham Bulls games, lake retreats, day at the zoo, and more! We also encourage employee-focused, team-building events that allow employees across different departments to relax and spend time together outside of the office.
We live and work in the central North Carolina communities we serve, so we understand the importance of giving back. As a veteran-owned business, each year we strive to support our veterans in the local area through related charities such as Transitions Life Care and USO of Raleigh-Durham. Among the many other charitable organizations and events that we support, we’ve participated in the Race for the Cure, the 9/11 Day of Service, Toys for Tots, and various local food drives.
We have a passion for expertise and staying at the top of our game in construction, project management, build cost estimating, and commissioning. Our team members are actively involved in local organizations learning about the latest construction technologies and trends in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and agriculture sectors.
Want to create a positive impact with us?
We bring many different perspectives to the table. This applies to our candidates, the people we hire, the clients and customers we serve, and the communities we are involved in.
