Sharing images of the progress of UNC Chapel Hill’s National Pan-Hellenic Council Garden project for which 35 North provided cost estimating services! It’s always exciting to see projects come to life beyond the paper/digital design phase. The new space, which is 100% donor funded, will create a positive environment for organizations to promote their fraternities and sororities while educating students about the history of these diverse organizations.
