It’s LEED Week 2022! To kick off the celebration, we’re highlighting 35 North’s program and construction project managers who are committed to working with project owners to efficiently create green buildings from idea to delivery. Our goal is to help clients save money, lower carbon emissions, and create healthier places for people to work through sustainable design and development. With our deep level of life sciences experience, we ensure projects maintain best-in-class quality for these highly regulated facilities.

Sustainability has always been a priority throughout of firm’s history – from our firm’s first project, Syngenta’s Advanced Crop Lab and Innovation Center in RTP, which earned three Green Globes, to one of our most recent projects, Invitae’s East Coast Laboratory and Production Facility in Morrisville, which is awaiting  LEED certification results.
