This week, we were honored to celebrate with Syngenta for the grand opening of their North America Crop Protection Headquarters. The state-of-the-art facility in Greensboro, North Carolina, stands as a major investment in advancing agricultural technology.

During the event, North Carolina Farm Bureau President, Shawn Harding, emphasized the importance of technology for farmers, saying, “I am excited that this global company is here, in North Carolina, in Greensboro, and I think it’s the perfect place to do the necessary research to bring new tools to our farmers.” U.S. Congresswoman, Kathy Manning, echoed these sentiments stating “Syngenta’s ongoing presence in Greensboro highlights the unique assets that we have here that make this region a hub for scientific and technological progress.”

The 70-acre headquarters includes:
■ Over 35,000 SF of new lab space
■ More than 100,000 SF of renovated lab facilities
■ And, 85,000 SF of office space, supporting more than 700 employees
