35 North is excited to welcome Mike Lutz, director of construction services! He knows construction from the ground up.

His career in construction began as a concrete laborer and has evolved over three decades into a leadership role guiding high-performing teams on complex capital projects across the Southeast.

Leading our preconstruction, project management, and construction management teams, he will ensure consistent delivery of exceptional services that align with client objectives across both private and public sectors.

Mike moved to North Carolina in the early ’90s and enjoys life on the lake with his family, spending his free time outdoors (fishing, hiking, biking, and running).
