We’re excited to introduce two new team members to our construction services team!

One joins us as a Project Executive with nearly two decades of experience leading complex initiatives across the education, life sciences, technology, and real estate sectors. A certified PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Amy Shoop, PMP, PMI-ACP, LSSGB, specializes in strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, and continuous improvement. When she’s not guiding project delivery, she’s supporting her children and their many activities or cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.

The other brings multiple years of field experience to his role as Superintendent. A graduate of East Carolina University’s Construction Management program (and a lifelong builder), Hunter Allen is passionate about hands-on leadership, safety, and jobsite coordination. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, hunting, and seeking out new restaurants, breweries, and live music with his fiancé.
