Tri Tran, senior estimating manager, has over 25 years of commercial construction experience across major markets like New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Now based in Raleigh, clients will immediately leverage Tri’s deep industry insight honed from his national perspective. He’s already hitting the ground running, and when he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course.

Ryan McCune, MEP cost estimator, brings hands-on experience in large-scale biopharma and semiconductor projects. His technical knowledge of mechanical systems and process piping is an asset to our MEP estimating group. Ryan balances life as a busy dad of four with a passion for DIY projects and all things automotive.
