Commercial Inhalation Project

MORRISVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA

The project consisted of upgrades to the existing clinical manufacturing spaces and installation of new, high-speed commercial pMDI compounding, filling, and packaging lines. The expansion project also included support, wash and warehouse areas, and 20,000 SF of high-speed commercial pMDI filling and packaging lines with 10,000 SF of clinical manufacturing of sterile and inhalation products.

As the construction manager for this project, we were responsible for establishing and implementing project controls including budget, schedule, quality, information flow, and maintaining project objectives. Additionally, we facilitated design team interaction and served as the liaison with end-user groups while ensuring document conformance with client expectations. We worked with user groups and facilities to establish project turnover expectations, and we established and monitored commissioning and validation plans.
