The project consisted of the renovation of the existing building’s first and second floors, where part of the second floor was renovated into an open-space office. The majority of the project scope consisted of updating the finishes in the dining and multi-purpose rooms and renovating the existing two bathrooms into four bathrooms in order to accommodate more privacy. There were plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire, and architectural renovations also associated with the project scope.
35 North provided cost estimating services for the renovation of the Charles George Community Living Center.
