Core Lab Renovation

This project consists of the renovation of approximately 3,862 SF of space in the existing UNC-H Memorial Hospital, 1st floor to renovate the core lab. The work includes new MEP systems and structural upgrades, including a new platform to house HVAC equipment as well as architectural updates. The project will also include supply and install of automation equipment.
