The scope for this project includes multiple, phased campus upgrades and expansions that address surface and structured parking needs, new campus CUP infrastructure and service loops, new inpatient and outpatient facilities, as well as a new clinical research facility.
The master plan is outlined as a 10-year forecast (through 2031). Specific items related to the master plan include new HVAC, diesel fuel pumping system, updated fire protection systems, 2,500kW, 5kV diesel generator, chilled, hot and condenser water systems and associated piping, DDC controls, low-voltage systems, site utilities, security systems, and associated site work.
