The new NIH Computation Science Building project will consist of a four (4) story office building totaling approximately 157,000 SF, and will include both office and research spaces. It will also include a connector to existing campus facilities, laboratory, and office spaces, and parking facilities. It will be located on a wooded lot adjacent to Building C, bordered by Nobel Lane, Lakeview Drive, and Research Lane. Limited amounts of work will be performed that will effect facilities currently in use. The building is targeted for a LEED certification.
