The project consisted of renovating approximately 2,650 SF in the basement of Building 101 plus HVAC equipment added to the Penthouse. The area was upgraded to an Animal Research Facility with updates to the existing walls, floors, ceilings, finishes, case work, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, security, and DataCom systems.
