We provided construction management and move management services for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This Task Order Agreement involved furniture installation services including providing design options, evaluating plans, creating installation drawings and inventory pull lists, along with the demolition, transportation, and installation of furniture. Also contracted were move services including crate supply and coordination, and the relocation of staff and their miscellaneous furniture from area to area.
Additionally, we managed the project architect with regard to design services, and the furniture installer for coordination and subsequent demolition/installation. 35 North managed all of this within an occupied facility, while maintaining schedule and ensuring minimal disruption to the NIEHS’ daily activities.
