40,000 SF of selected renovation in an existing building. Renovation included clinical scale manufacturing areas, laboratory support, and office areas. Manufacturing areas included space for bioreactor equipment, upstream, and downstream processing. Support areas included glasswasher and autoclave equipment rooms, material and waste staging, and distributed utilities. Office area updates were made to modernize to open office concepts, update branding and finishes to corporate standards, and install state of the art conferencing rooms. General building modifications were required to install fire protection piping throughout the building and retrofit outdated life safety and lighting systems.
