Randolph County Library HVAC Renovation

The City of Asheboro’s public library required renovation to replace the outdated HVAC system. The scope included upgrading the system with eight gas-powered units on the roof, along with supplemental interior units, adding approximately 75 tons of heating/cooling capacity. The work took place in an occupied building, which remained operational during construction.
35 North’s Role:
35 North, as the general contractor and construction manager for this project, provided oversight from the initial demolition to new equipment installation. We were responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring a smooth, on-schedule delivery while operating within an active facility.
