The Innovation Center complements the Advanced Crop Lab with 200,000 SF of laboratory and office space, built using environmentally sustainable construction. The facility is designed as a collaborative environment to maximize the opportunity for interaction and provides access to the different types of workspaces employees need to effectively perform their work.

The research and development wing is four stories in height with a partially enclosed penthouse and rooftop screening for mechanical equipment. The administrative wing is three stories in height, also with rooftop screening. The common area is four stories in height, located between the R&D and administrative wings, and provides the main entrance, shared amenities, meeting spaces, and collaboration spaces for the entire complex. The common areas also provide a direct link to the greenhouse building, Advanced Crop Lab, and access to their shared exterior spaces.
