This project was located on 200 acres and involved the implementation of a new site master plan with multi-phase facility construction. These facilities included office and lab improvements, optimization on production, new dryer system 48 ports, dust collection system, cold storage, tissue chambers, and a fumigation chamber. Scope also included dismantling existing building structures, site works, build-up of lab, storage for farm equipment, farm worker areas, and an office addition for field operations.

35 North provided preconstruction services for site plan implementation consisting of a completely new infrastructure, office building, machine shops, material, and field equipment storage, seed processing building, and break/training facilities. Services also included establishing and implementing project controls including program, budget, schedule, quality, document control, information flow, and maintaining project objectives.
