RTP Facilities Support and Capital Projects
Ongoing project improvements to an existing facility based on user needs, facility upgrades, and Owner growth. All divisions of construction were included in improvement projects and can range from wall coverings to specialty equipment requiring MEP and integration building controls system.
We provided Project Management services for facility improvement projects. We were responsible for ongoing meetings with the Owner to understand needs requested by facility users to establish projects. Additionally, we provided project management services for scope creation, bid solicitation, contract selection, coordination, and final close-out. Coordination and completion of scope occurred in an occupied facility with zero impact to daily operations. All projects were tracked for schedule, cost, and completion for weekly reporting to the Owner.
