RTP Facilities Support and Capital Projects

The main goal of this project was to provide improvements to an existing facility based on user needs, including upgrades and owner growth. Divisions of construction ranged from wall coverings to specialty equipment requiring MEP, integrating a building controls system.
35 North provided project management services for facility improvement projects. We were responsible for ongoing meetings with the owner to understand the needs requested by facility users to establish projects. Additionally, we provided project management services for scope creation, bid solicitation, contract selection, coordination, and final close-out. Coordination and completion of scope occurred in an occupied facility with zero impact on daily operations. All projects were tracked for schedule, cost, and completion for reporting to the owner.
