The Woodland Greenhouse expansion was a multi-phase facility construction project with the implementation of a new site master plan including an operations building, a pathology building, a seedling hardening space, and 14 new greenhouses.
As the owner’s representative, 35 North was responsible for all aspects of construction, document control, and commissioning management. In addition, we provided preconstruction services for establishing and implementing project controls including budget, schedule, vendor and prime contract negotiations, and scope development for greenhouse elements such as growth lighting and fertigation (fertilizer and irrigation).
