The Trait Conversion Accelerator project is an innovative, state-of-the-art greenhouse and laboratory in Nampa, Idaho. The Trait Conversion Accelerator is an enhanced research and development facility that enables corn traits to be brought to market more quickly.
As the owner’s representative, we were responsible for all aspects of construction, document control, and commissioning management. This included implementation of project controls including budget, schedule, quality, information flow, and maintenance of project objectives. Additionally, we provided preconstruction services, vendor and prime contract negotiations, and scope development for greenhouse elements such as growth lighting and fertigation (fertilizer and irrigation).
