The VA Medical Center in Spokane underwent various renovations to Buildings 7, 8, 9, 111, and 81/81AC including the replacement of the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the façade, structural elements, and site ADA components.
35 North provided cost estimating services for the renovations, as well as the installation of over 200 new geothermal wells on the site to service the various buildings and the necessary site work to redevelop hardscape areas for site circulation.
